Terms and Conditions lay out the rules and regulations to use ACS Networks & Technologies Private Limited. In brief, we provide IT Consulting Services.

We are declaring all the terms for students as well as clients. You should agree to all terms and conditions before you access our course or services. In case you have any queries feel free to contact us.


As you are here, we assume you agree to all terms and conditions. Read each section carefully to fully fathom conditions.

Either you are a student or client, you agree to Terms and Conditions when you Subscribe, Purchase, Enroll for any other services.


General Policy

  • ACS Networks & Technologies owns full right to market the success of certification, training, achievements, and success of students after completion

Admission and Registration

  • The Registration and Admission are considered complete in one condition, that is when full payment or first installment is paid.
  • We provide full liberty to students who want to transfer batch or shift timing according to their preference. If desired timing aligns with our time table you are allowed to switch.
  • Attending classes and completing projects are necessary. Everyone should have a minimum of 70% attendance and all projects submitted within the deadline.
  • If you are already enrolled in a Training or Certification Course then you will be automatically updated to a new syllabus.

What You Are Not Allowed To Do?

  • ACS Networks & Technologies abide by the unlawful use of our training and certificate courses. Before/ After you are not allowed to distribute or pass on anyone else.
  • No One is allowed to Copy or Recreate Content or Courses available on sites.
  • If we find you are involved in making derivatives of the study material we provide then we have the right to take legal action against the culprit.

Cancellation Conditions

  • ACS Networks & Technologies has full authority to cancel admission under the following circumstances :
  • If you missed consecutive classes without informing or prior notice.
  • In case Fees are not paid, we are allowed to cancel your admission at any time.
  • Prolonged Absence without any information or notice.

Refund Policy

We follow the procedure to refund fees in case you decide to discontinue Program. Here is the condition in which Refund is valid –

  • If you informed us within 14 days of the registration process.
  • We do not refund in case of prolonged break without any notice.
  • If you decide to leave the course after half completion, in that case, consult our superior for more details.
